Maneka Jayasinghe (PhD, Griffith)

Maneka is a lecturer in Economics in the Asia Pacific College of Business and Law, Charles Darwin University, Australia. Her teaching areas include Economics, Business Statistics and Quantitative Methods. Her research interests include, Consumer Demand Analysis, Poverty, Gender and Income Inequality, and Tourism Economics. Her research mainly focuses on South Asia and Australia. She holds a PhD in Economics (Griffith University, Australia), Masters in Public Policy (National University of Singapore, Singapore) and Bachelor of Arts in Economics (University of Colombo, Sri Lanka).
