Sakeena Alikhan (MSc)

Sakeena is a specialist in Geographic Information Systems(GIS). She has worked with the International Centre for Ethnic Studies (ICES) developing maps for projects on post war resettlement and women’s development. She has a MSc in Environmental Science and an MLS in Library and Information and Bachelors in Geography and has lectured at the University of Colombo. Sakeena’s areas of interest include GIS, spatial analysis, migration and climate change and has a number of publications.
